We are a 24/7 gym! Once memberships or day passes are purchased you will have 24/7 gym access. If you have an merchandise, more information and tours please visit during staff hours:
Monday: 3-7pm
Tuesday: 11am- 3pm & 4-6pm
Wednesday: 3pm-7pm
Thursday: 9am- 2pm
Friday: 10am- 2pm
Saturday: 9am- 12pm
