Interested in classes? We have a variety of workout and mobility classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our drop in rate per class is $10. We also offer class memberships: 8 classes/month for $60, 12 classes/month for $80, Unlimited/month for $125. These memberships do not roll into the next month and auto-renew monthly unless a stop is requested.

HIIT Factory

The Ultimate 30 minute workout: We combine the fun of boxing and kickboxing basics with the efficiency of interval training.

Twilight Tranquility

Guides participants through 30 minutes of invigorating yoga flow then transitioning you into 30 minutes of soul-soothing rest and restore.

This is a specialized fitness class designed for those new to weightlifting who want to learn proper form and mechanics. Joni will guide you through each exercise, ensuring that you build a solid foundation and prevent any injuries.
