I played sports when I was younger but discovered strength training when it wasn’t really en vogue for women to lift heavy. When I was 31 I got my training certification and knew I wanted to teach
other women that it’s not only ok to be strong but that it greatly enhances your health. By the time I was in my 40’s I developed an absolute love of strength training and left the hours of endless cardio behind for a more balanced approach. Weight training is now an integral part of my day and is just as important for my mental health. At age 50 I am in the best physical shape of my life. I'm passionate about bringing the same benefits and confidence to others. My aim with my clients is to help them achieve their goals and educate them so they feel comfortable to train when they are not with me. To me this is a huge part of being a trainer. There is nothing better than seeing someone gain that confidence. I love working with everyone but my niche truly is women who are ready to take the next step in strength training and find their confidence. My goal is always to make my client feel happy, comfortable and accomplished.
