Alex has been in the health and wellness field for 14 years.She is a coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, certified holistic health coach, Reiki Master and spiritual mentor. She has experience in coaching CrossFit, as well as certifications in TRX, Kettlebells, Olympic lifting and Yin Yoga.
"My personal health journey is what inspired me to support others on their journey to getting healthy. I started my journey after deciding being healthy was a priority not only for me but for my children. Not only did it help boost my confidence and comfort within my body it assisted in creating a stronger mind and boosting my mental health. My goal in working with others is guiding them to do the same. Creating confidence and comfort within your own body, teaching you how to move well through functional movements while we not only create a stronger and healthier body but mind as well. I enjoy incorporating Yin Yoga at the end of training sessions to support my clients in increasing mobility and flexibility, and reducing risk of injury while we increase your range of motion.
